Your Parish Council Clerk My name is Roger Hawkins and I am your Parish Clerk. You can contact me by telephone on 0115 983 0411, email clerk@bartoninfabispc.org.uk or just knock on the door I am responsible for the Agenda, Minutes and all business arising from the meetings. If you wish anything to be discussed at a meeting, please let me know by the Monday prior to the meeting, so that I can include it on the Agenda. Parish Council meetings are held on the first Tuesday every other month starting January. Members of the public are always welcome to attend parish council meetings. I am also the Responsible Financial Officer which involves keeping regular accounts and preparing the accounts for audit. * * * * * |
